Nora Orlandi
Born in 1933, Italian pop singer, composer, and pianist Nora Orlandi has a legendary resume. Known as the first female film composer of Italian cinema, her unmistakable style has graced many movie scenes, from the 1962 film Boccaccio '70 starring Sophia Loren to Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill: Volume 2.
Jose Varon
Peruvian composer Jose Varon’s musical landscapes have featured in movies, video games, and more, including the computer-animated film The Lyosacks Movie. He is also CEO of the Audio Hive, an audio production company with an in-house team of sound designers, composers, and programmers.
Piry Reis
Piry Reis' music has been described as "deep, transcendent listening." The Brazilian singer-songwriter weaves folk, psychedelia, samba, and bossa nova into enchanting tapestries that span half a century. Famously hard to find, Reis' iconic works have recently been restored and remastered, and made available online.
Todd Lewis Kramer
After growing up in Woodbridge, CT, Todd Lewis Kramer spent a decade in New York writing silky smooth pop songs in the style of James Taylor – who he cites as his biggest influence. Returning to Connecticut after NYC was turned upside down in 2020, he wrote Brooklyn, an ode to the city and people he left behind. The album is out now on all major platforms.
