But for the release of their 2023 Nissan Z, the car manufacturer went retro, showcasing previous versions of the vehicle racing around gritty NYC streets. Lux Japan's latest spot challenges stereotypes about "beauty" associated with gender, age, and role and promotes stepping forward without fear. Our Big Sync Music team assisted the company in licensing and rerecording Sia's "Alive" to ensure the cover done by production house Geek Pictures didn't encroach on the artist's moral rights.

Shopé
Nigerian hip-hop artist Shopé is pushing the boundaries of Afrofusion music with his elastic lyrical skills. Now based in Toronto, he's landed numerous sync opportunities, including the official theme song for Olympic champion Andre De Grasse featured in a montage by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.
Rebirth Brass Band
Formed in New Orleans in 1983 by Kermit Ruffins and Phil and Keith Frazier, the Grammy-winning Rebirth Brass Band has been pivotal to the genre's revival. With splashes of funk and hip-hop in the mix, the group has gone from playing street corners in the French Quarter to selling out concert halls worldwide.
Diego Martinez
Chilean music producer and beatmaker Diego Martinez creates upbeat music that makes it infinitely feel like summer. Spanning various electronic and acoustic genres, Martinez has music for every occasion – whether it be lounging poolside or driving full-speed down the 101.
Ava King
Raised in France, Ava King spent a decade in China before heading to LA to pursue her passion for music. Since then, the peppy pop-singer has co-written music for K-pop group Red Velvet that debuted at #1 on the Billboard World charts, and had tracks on The Ellen Show, Empire and Crazy Rich Asians.
